Catering Event Form

It is crucial to have the form filled out on the day that the event is booked.  When forms reach us shortly before the event, it becomes very hard to arrange appropriate coverage. 

Understandably a bris might be on short notice but all other events should be provided with at least 2 weeks notice.

In a situation where the caterer neglected to inform the RCBC with appropriate time, an additional fee will likely be needed to help secure a mashgiach.

 

Lastly, a proprietor can suggest a potential mashgiach, however, not all mashgichim are suitable for every job.  Please understand the RCBC will be staffing who the mashgiach is for the catering jobs.
